        • Crest or bottom of hill
        • Prior to curve
        • Above or below roadway level
      Setting angle
      • Select angle based on line of sight of cyclist (perpendicular or other)
      • Blocked by trees, bushes, land, buildings, turns, vehicles or sun glare?
      Anchoring
      • Best on level surface = Dig-out or build-up surface
      • Wind is created by moving cars and trucks
      • Attach to permanent sign, pole or road edge markers
      Issues to Avoid
      • DO NOT place in conflict with other important road signs
      • DO NOT place in conflict with other potential distractions or sights
      • DO NOT make rider turn head to look for sign
